Sending feedback
Tell the team about a bug, an idea or anything else, without leaving the game.
Press Send Feedback in the game menu (Esc), or type /feedback. Words you type after the command become the start of your message.
Press Send Feedback in the game menu (Back), or type /feedback in chat. Words you type after the command become the start of your message.
- Pick what it is about: Bug, Suggestion, Improvement, Balance, Translation or Other.
- Give it a short Subject, up to 80 characters.
- Write your message, up to 2,000 characters. For a bug, say what you did, what happened and what you expected.
- Press Send. Once it is saved, a chat line gives its number, such as #12.
Your character's position in the world is sent with it, together with the game's version, the kind of device you play on and your language, so the team can go to the spot and see for themselves. Nothing else about your computer is sent.
To report another player's behaviour, use Report… in their player menu instead: see Blocking and reporting.
