Ordering armies from afar
Send an army across the realm from the Army tab or straight from the world map.
From the world map
- Press M. The Armies layer is on by default.
- Click one of your armies, or its name under Your armies in the side panel, which flies the map to it. Show on map beside an army in the Army tab does the same.
- Choose March, Attack or Defend there, then right-click the spot on the map. Clicking an enemy army orders an attack on it.

| Hold | Stay where it is. |
| Follow me | Stay with you as you travel. |
| Return home | March back to its city. |
| Split / Join | Divide an army in two, or merge two armies within 100 m of each other. |
| Disband | Send the soldiers home. |
| Take personal command | Guild Leader only: no one else may order this army until you let go. |
| Give it a new home | Guild Leader only: base the army on another of your cities. |
Armies march at about 2 m/s, and half as fast again on roads.
