The HUD at a glance
What every part of the screen tells you, and how to move the panels around.
| Where | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Top left | Your portrait with health, mana and stamina bars. Your group's frames stack underneath it. |
| Top centre | Your current target, and the effects (buffs, debuffs and immunities) running on you. |
| Top right | The minimap, your coordinates, the province you stand in, and the magic of the ground under you. |
| Bottom centre | The cast bar and the power bar: the powers you have pinned, with their cooldowns. |
| Bottom left | Chat, with a tab for each channel. |
| Bottom right | The menu strip: one button for each window, labelled with its key. |
Rearranging the HUD
Press L (or the ↔ button on the menu strip) to unlock the HUD, drag panels by their grips, then press it again to lock them in place. The layout is saved per character. Type /hud reset to put everything back where it started.
The Powers window opens and closes with P; whether it is shown is saved with the layout too.
To keep a layout, open Options, type a name under GUI Loadout and press Export; Import puts it back, on this character or another. Saved loadouts are listed under the box: click one to pick it, or double-click it to import it.
