Cooldowns
A used power darkens and refills. Long cooldowns follow you everywhere, including across a relog.
After you use a power or a timed consumable, its icon darkens from the top and clears as it recycles. Hover it to see the seconds left.
- Cooldowns are kept by the server. Crossing between regions, being summoned, or logging out and back in does not reset them. A long cooldown keeps running while you are offline.
- Cooldowns shorter than a minute may reset when you log in again.
